Terms of Use

Plans and fees

The service is offered on paid plans. Current plans and prices are on our pricing page; terms agreed with you in writing take precedence. The service is still in beta: features may change, be limited or be removed while we finish it. We announce price changes in advance, and they apply from your next billing period.

No guarantee of service

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. During the beta we give no guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation, a particular level of performance or freedom from errors, and there may be downtime and data-affecting bugs. Keep your own copies of anything important — you can export your lists to CSV or Excel and download your files and PDFs at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• A workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and with which role, and is responsible for what its members do in it.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put into the service. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it in order to provide the service to you; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you add, including personal data about your customers and contacts. For that data you are the data controller and we act as your data processor.

AI features and AI credits

AI features suggest — matches, prices, drafts, summaries — and every suggestion waits for your confirmation. Suggestions can be wrong; check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone. You remain responsible for what you approve and send.

AI work is metered in AI credits: the per-workspace allowance that comes with your plan, plus any top-ups. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and allowances may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the service;
• send spam or upload malware;
• try to access other workspaces or get around security, permissions or limits;
• overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
• resell or give third parties access to the service without our written permission.

Third-party services

If you connect services such as Google sign-in, Gmail or WhatsApp Business, their own terms also apply to that use. We are not responsible for those services.

Closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us at gabriel@integrie.com to close your account; export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, with notice where reasonable. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell account holders by email or in the app before they take effect; if you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law, jurisdiction and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Edirne have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Questions about them: gabriel@integrie.com.
